Dr. Bryan Blonder has been a trusted provider in the Sugar Land area since 2000, bringing over two decades of expertise in comprehensive gynecology, hormone therapy, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. As a board-certified OB/GYN and BioTE® Certified Practitioner, Dr. Blonder is dedicated to helping patients restore balance, regain energy, and feel confident at every stage of life.
In 2009, Dr. Blonder co-founded Sweetwater OB/GYN Associates alongside Dr. Shannon Crowe. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he earned his combined Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York Institute of Technology/New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating cum laude in 1994. He completed his residency training at Stamford Hospital in Connecticut, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Blonder specializes in comprehensive gynecology, hormone optimization, and minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures. His office practice encompasses hormone therapy and bioidentical hormone pellet therapy, management of abnormal bleeding, sexual dysfunction, weight loss management, and adolescent gynecology. He is proficient in both conversational and medical Spanish, serving the diverse Sugar Land community.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Blonder has served as President of the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, District 6, and mentors future healthcare providers as a faculty preceptor for the Texas Health Science Center of Osteopathic Medicine and Baylor College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program. He has been an active member with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo since 2001.
Dr. Blonder lives in Missouri City with his wife, Denise, and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
